Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we proudly ship to customers around the globe.
Where do you ship from?
We ship all orders from our fulfillment center in Hong Kong.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We work hard to process orders quickly, so please request any changes or cancellations within 12 hours of placing your order. After that window, we can’t guarantee changes. However, once your item arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund if needed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX) as well as PayPal payments.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed between Monday and Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be handled, with shipping typically beginning the day after processing. Kindly note we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Due to high demand, delivery times may range between 2–4 weeks. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, you’re eligible for a full refund. Just reach out to our support team and we’ll take care of you.
Will I be charged with customs and taxes?
Our prices are displayed in USD and tax-free, but depending on your country, you may be charged import taxes, duties, or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are set by your local customs office and are your responsibility. TinyTumbles is not responsible for customs delays or charges.
How do I return an item?

What if the item(s) I received are defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you received an incorrect, missing, or defective item, contact us immediately with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review the case and resolve it as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. If you paid by credit or debit card, funds are typically returned within 7–10 business days of receiving the returned item or cancellation confirmation. If you haven’t seen the refund posted, please contact your bank or card issuer for further information.
